FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

Our classes are designed to be small and personal, with a maximum of 10 students and a minimum of 4 per group. This ensures more detailed attention and better interaction between students and the teacher. Should a course fail to reach the required minimum number of students, we guarantee a full refund of the tuition fee to ensure your satisfaction and confidence in our educational offerings.

Private classes must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the class will be charged as if it had taken place. This policy is designed to protect our teachers, who allocate time to prepare each session and need to be able to efficiently manage their schedules.

All our teachers are native Spanish speakers, highly qualified, and have extensive experience in teaching Spanish as a foreign language.

Students in group classes will receive an attendance certificate upon completing a level (e.g., A1, A2, B1, B2, etc.). Private class students can request a certificate at any time, which will specify the total number of class hours taken and the level achieved to date.

There is no age limit for our private classes; we cater to students of all ages, from children to older adults, tailoring the teaching to the specific needs of each age group. For group classes, the minimum required age is 16 years, as these courses are primarily designed for an adult audience.
